Email alerts for apps, jobs, databases and volumes are coming soon to Drasken Cloud; until then, each resource's health shows in the console.
Email alerts are coming soon. Drasken Cloud will email you when an app, job, database or volume needs attention, for example when an app keeps restarting, a database is nearly full or a backup fails. Until then, check each resource's health in the console.
Where can I see a resource's health today?
On each resource's Health & Alerts tab and in the project overview. Each resource has one status, such as Healthy, Degraded or Down, with the reason in plain words.
What will alerts do when they arrive?
They will email the organisation's owners and admins, with a choice of extra addresses and mutes. This page will describe them once they are available; the changelog will say when.
Does Drasken Uptime tell me when a site is down?
Uptime monitors show their status in the console; see Drasken Uptime.
