Payment methods

Add UPI Autopay, a card or a bank account (eNACH) to pay Drasken Cloud invoices automatically, and what the ₹1 check and payment limits mean.

Add a payment method under Billing → Payment methods so each month's invoice is paid automatically on the 1st: UPI Autopay, a card, or a bank account (eNACH) for larger bills. Your bank or app asks you to approve ₹1 to check the method; it is taken off your next bill.

Which methods can I add?

MethodPays automaticallySet up
UPI AutopayBills up to ₹15,000Approve in your UPI app
CardBills up to ₹15,000Approve with your bank
Bank account (eNACH)Up to the Largest single payment you chooseYour bank confirms in 1 to 3 working days

Step 1: Check your billing details

A mobile number is required (the payment provider needs it). Add it, with your other details, under Billing details.

Step 2: Add the method

  1. Open Billing → Payment methods and add a payment method.
  2. Choose UPI Autopay, card or bank account. For a bank account, enter the Largest single payment (₹) you allow.
  3. Tick I authorise Drasken Cloud to charge this method, and accept the credit terms.
  4. Approve the ₹1 check in your bank or UPI app.

What if a bill is more than the method's limit?

The next method on your account is tried. If none can pay it, we email you a payment link. For regular large bills, add a bank account with a higher limit.

Can I pay without a saved method?

Yes, each invoice can be paid with Pay it now or by bank transfer — see How billing works. A payment method is still needed to create new resources after the date shown in the console.
